Realty Executives Stoney Creek was opened in September of 2008. Myself and my co-broker, Jim Derkacz, had the same vision.....of opening a brokerage in Rochester where several brokerages had gone out of business in the last two years. Our brokerage would be different in that we would cater to our agents. The agents are our clients....if our agents are happy with our company and making money, then the brokerage will make money. We have put together a compensation plan for our agents that, we feel, is unsurpassed in the market. We have a true full service brokerage for our agents and our customers, but at a virtual office price for our agents.
As broker/owner of Realty Executives Stoney Creek, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers in the Oakland and Macomb County areas. Specifically, I do a lot of work in Shelby Township and Rochester Hills. I am a listings specialist and a short sale specialist with the "Certified Distressed Poperty Expert" designation.
I also have a residential property management company called BRS Properties, LLC. This company manages homes for those owners who don't care to be a landlord. This business has really taken off in the last two years as clients have not been able to sell their homes but have had to move out of state for work.
