I have over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. 12 of those Years have been with RE/MAX. I hold a B.S. Degree in Finance and Accounting. Before becoming an owner of my own RE/MAXfranchise, I specialized in investment real estate, foreclosures, short sales, builder referrals, and represented various banks in the sale of their REO's. Of course, I also represented hundreds of clients throughout the southland in the sale, financing, and purchase of their homes. I've enjoyed the real estate industry and am passionate about what RE/MAX offers to those of us in the industry. We have a full-service office with full-time agents and staff. We have an in-house Escrow (Orange Cities Escrow), a full-service Property Management co. Our agents have several business relationships with REO companies and Asset Managers with various different banks.
