John began his real estate career over twenty years ago in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania while attending college at Penn State University where he earned a Marketing Degree.  Always intrigued by real estate and how it can diversify ones portfolio John began to sell developments at the tender age of twenty.  Once college was completed, he ventured "out west" and never looked back.

Being one of the founding members of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists John began to represent clients interested in selling their residential homes.  John has represented both buyers and sellers.  John is now "full circle" as he is back in the commercial world of real estate. 

John is a certified International Property Specialist (one of few in the country) which has proven invaluable to Johns clients, especially, with today's U.S. dollar value.

John also is community minded by serving on the Washoe County Board of Equalization.  The board is comprised of five members appointed by the County Commission.  The Board of Equalization may determine the valuation of any property assessed by the County Assessor, and may change and correct any valuation found to be incorrect whether by add thereto or by deduction there from such sum as is necessary to make it conform to the taxable value of the property assessed, whether that valuation was fixed by the owner or the County Assessor.  This experience is vital when listing and selling properties whether residential or commercial.  John has served since 2004.

John's philosophy is simple, "treat others as you would like to be treated."  This has proven itself over and over, as John's clients become friends who then become family.

John and his wife, Gail, reside in Incline Village, Nevada with their two daughters, Alexis and Tiffany.
