I have lived in Will County for the past 10 years. I reside in Homer Glen for the last 4 years, and am loving every minute of it. My 2 children attend the local schools, and I am a very big volunteer at the schools as well.

When my children began full-time schooling, I decided that Real Estate was the way I wanted to take my life. I have worked in the Real Estate Industry for many years previous. I was a Secretary for the Coldwell Banker in Oak Lawn before becoming pregnant with my first son. Before that I was working for a mortgage company in downtown Chicago. So as you can see I have obviously had a passion for the real estate world. Every home I walk into is always a pleasure for me. I enjoy each and every day as a Realtor.

I will be with you from the home search, assist you in finding the right mortgage lender, handle contract negotiations, the inspection process, final walk through, and finally at the closing. I am available to answer all your questions along the way, you are my top priority.

I can get you up-to-date listings for your requirements emailed to you everyday, so you can stay on top of todays every changing market. With this information you can be sure to get the brand new listings and also be the 1st to know about price changes for the homes you are interested in or "watching". This is also a great way to get to know the selling price of a specific neighborhood.

Selling

I take the time to talk to the seller to find out the important things about their unique property because these are the things that SELL a home! I will start a marketing plan with MLS listing, print media, internet listings, Open Houses, Just Listed Cards and Property Flyers. I will also make sure your home is included in our Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell Agent tour to get valuable feed back. This is how homes get SOLD. I attend all closings with my clients and am available for all your needs and questions. I am there FULL TIME for you, 7 days a week.

I will make sure your home gets all the advertising it needs to get SOLD. From Weekly Newspaper ads, websites such as: Allysonfernandes.com, ColdwellBanker.com, CBHonig-Bell.com and Realtor.com, Just Listed Cards, flyers, Open Houses, Virtual Tours, Broker & Agent Tour and of course the MLS.
