Born in Washington, DC and moved to Manassas when I was 10 years old. I know the entire Northern Virginia very well.
I attended Lee College or Lee University in Cleveland, TN and majored in Piano Music.
My 2 children are 25 (Son) and 21 (Daughter).
I love music (all kinds). Stevie Wonder, all of the Motown Oldies, and Black Gospel Music, and Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir music, Aretha Franklin, Brian McKnight, etc.
I teach Piano Lessons, and my son teaches Drums and Piano and Voice Lessons.
I have been licensed for a little over 9 years, and have enjoyed helping families and individuals to rent homes and purchase homes.
I have successfully negotiated short sales for sellers with their Banks and kept it out of foreclosure.
As a listing agent I have been successful working through home inspection items and resolving those issues and getting the house to settlement
|I am writing this letter to share my experience with Renee Daniels as my real-estate agent. When you find Renee Daniels as your real-estate agent, you basically find yourself in a win-win situation. Renee will first of all listen to your needs, understand your needs, and then make constructive suggestions and recommendations. She will give you great free ideas on your needs. This is not a trait of an average agent. Renee will take time to construct your need and ensure that you have absolute clarity on the kind of property you are looking for, only then Renee will roll-up her sleeves and start showing you dozens of properties. Honestly, Renee can never become tired of showing you places, and constantly providing you choices. She works with you as your family and as your friend. She is fully on your side. I remember when my brother wanted to buy his first home, Renee helped him from A to Z. My brother had no idea and was pretty nervous of the process, but Renee made it so seamless and easy for him. He was so happy after the closure. The reason I know all of this is because I was a co-signer on my brother's application. Renee also helped my mom sell her town-home in Sterling. Every time there is a need for a property in our family (buying it, renting it, selling it), Renee is our most trusted agent. She has developed a trust based relationship with us, and treats us like her family. She is kind, compassionate, mature, beautiful, and extremely intelligent, and most importantly, amazingly patient. Renee isn't there to get her commission and forget you, she is there to make sure you get what you want. She knows buying a home or renting a home can mean a big deal to a new family, so, she shares all of your excitement with you. And lastly, she is the most responsive agent I have ever dealt with. She answers her phone and emails without any delay. And yes, she always has time for you and your needs. Anyone will be lucky to get Renee as their real-estate agent.
