As a member of the Board of Directors for Loudoun Habitat for Humanity, I work to give back to the community and help families find affordable housing. I am active in helping buyers find affordable dwelling units (ADUs) and educating them on taking advantage of Loudoun County’s home-buying programs. In 2013 alone, I settled 12 ADU transactions in Loudoun County.
In addition to helping first time home-buyers, I enjoy helping clients with a variety of real estate transations. Whether it's a multi-million dollar country farm, residential home, investment property or historic homes, I treat all buyers and sellers equally and enjoy the journey of the home buying and selling experience just as much as if it were my own property.

| We had tried to buy a home for years, but had a great deal of difficulty in Loudoun County, as our salaries are low and there was nothing really available. We were accepted into the ADU program, and Allison was recommended to us. She was absolutely terrific. While the ADU program is what made it possible for us to become homeowners (for the first time at age 62!), there is no way we could have navigated this without Allison. She was there for us every step of the way. She explained absolutely everything, answered all our questions, showed us all our options, made sure everything was taken care of, and stayed on top of not only her responsibilities, but even the builder, the lender - in short, everything. She also really made us feel that it truly made her happy to be able to get people like us into a home - since we had tried numerous times in the past, and nothing had really worked. The day of settlement, she came, took pictures, and seemed almost as happy as we were. |
