Stephen Mason started the All Founders Foundation. It was registered as a assumed name as of January 2008 in the county of Wayne located in Highland Park, Michigan. We are working towards becoming a 501(c)3 which will be established around the 3rd quarter of 2009. The primary objective of this non-profit organization is to educate people about land development and ultimately improve our economic status on a macro level. We also believe in applying this theory in our personal lives to a certain degree as well. Working with local Charities, College Teachers, Realtors, Investors, Asset Managers, REO Agents, Bankers, etc; People who truly wish to make a difference in their city will now have the chance to do that through our organization. By influencing our youth to get involved with bettering our city through school, counseling, music, and what's considered "cool" or acceptable in our society we will make building and learning something to boast about again. Wayne County Community College Student Proposes Worldwide Joint Venture Opportunities to Investors in Michigan!

Stephen Mason, a college kid who is working towards an A.S. of arts in business administration will have his degree in one year. He is 23 years old and has been attending college for 3 years now maintaining an average of 3.0. He has had a number of odd jobs all of his live and decided to make a change for the better. Recently, he has took up a real estate course this past semester at Wayne County Community College District (Downtown). Stephen has been living in Highland Park all of his life, and the house that he grew up in he now owns. About 3 years ago, his father owed some back taxes that dated back to 1993. Stephen paid the property taxes off and put the house in his name through a quick deed. Since, he's been taking care of it on his own and learning all angles of real estate. Stephen knows the significance of education and knows that real estate is a excellent avenue to take for a road to success. He believes in also following your dreams, but also being versatile in the economy. Here's a few words from him.... "I took up a real estate course in my college in which I am finding very useful! Through the process I work with a realtor who has access to over 4500 Realtors, R.E.O. agents, Mortgage people, Asset managers, Investors, etc. I am learning the "nooks & crannies" of real estate and I honestly am intrigued! I thank you for time and consideration in getting to know more about me! About a year ago I went to Africa with my mother. Honestly, the only reason why I was in school was because my mother taught there and I received a pail grant. My mother is the kindest and sweetest lady you'll ever meet, on the same sword she is the most smartest, strictest, and old fashioned mother you'll know as well. She used to live in Africa before I was born and her only wish was to get me over there while she was still in good health. Well, I had my stereotypes about Africa but as I got older I snapped out of them, "sucked it up" and went. I felt that was the least I could do after all she's done for me. Unfortunately, this is her last semester before she will step down from teaching. It was a beautiful trip! Since I've got in to real estate, I contacted some of acquantinces that met on the trip and also some friends from previously. My journey included visits to Ethiopia, Ghana, and Tanzania. There are a few reputable companies and people from the Metro-Detroit area that I hope will work with me on this project."My goal is to find either large scale "OR" small scale potential worldwide investors and link them to some of the investor's in different parts of Africa. I work with a number of successful hotel owners, teachers, resort owners, contractors, as well as a University in Ghana, all for land development.
