What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?Hi, my name is Jean Blake-Morton and I have been a local CA Realtor since 1991. Relocation is my specialty. Yes, I am a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP) which is a prestigious designation earned through testing, expertise and on-going education in every aspect of Relocation and awarded by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) of which I am a member. While a native Californian, I have experienced Relocation 1st hand as I have also lived in Hawaii and Australia before returning to Southern CA in 1979. I have the privilege to represent corporate clients from around-the-world who are relocating their valued employee and the family to CA and helping educate these employees/transferees (people being relocated by their employer) about the cost-of-living differences from their current home state to our economy in Southern CA. In this "sticker shock" situation, we sometimes explore areas within a 50 mile radius to ascertain the perfect location and then find the perfect new home to meet the needs of the employee. It is very important to me to offer the employee enough solid choices so that they can make the best possible decision to meet their objective(s).
Additionally assist individuals/families relocating out of California to anywhere in the World. This includes selling the local home and assisting in every way possible to ensure a smooth transition to a new location.
