Get to Know Debbie and Ron Green
Proud to say this is my 27th year working as a full time realtor! I love working in the desert! Prior to becoming a real
estate agent I was a full time escrow officer at Tucson Escrow/title companies. Real Esate is an industry that I have grown up with and learned through hands on experience. I work with my husband Ron, also a realtor. Ron grew up in the community of Sierra Vista, about 100 miles from Tucson and is an avid horseman.
We love the outdoors, horses, dogs, cats, birds, wildlife of all kinds and plants! The desert is the best! We are long time
members of the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, The Ironwood Pig Sanctuary, and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with Long Realty Company. Our co-workers are some of the most professional
and friendly agents around. Tucson is a very friendly place to live.
I spend lots of time looking at desert land and homes. I also enjoy sampling the many great restaurants Tucson
now featurs. The fall/winter/spring from October through May is my favorite time! Blue skies, abundant bird life and
lots of local activites put me in a happy zone.
Certifications
Debbie has been an active realtor for 27 years in March! Ron has been an activer realtor for 11 years. Together
they have experienced the pros and cons of buying and selling land. Debbie turned to land sales in the 1980's
when interest rates went up to and beyond 18% and no one could afford to buy a house. Land sales were booming
with owner carrybacks and Contracts for Sale.
In the late 1990's Debbie was site sales agent for Honeybee Ridge, when it opened, Coyote Ridge, when it opened,
Moonridge, Chaparral Heights and Saguaro Cliffs. These communities offered luxury home sites and now feature some
of Tucson's premiure estate homes!
Ron has helped buyers/sellers obtain well drilling permits, get pricing on wells, septics, fencing, roads, all phases
of infrastruture. He's "hands on" with developing. Ron worked for Pima County before becoming a realtor and
understands county government.
Debbie loves being out in the desert and has sold land as far away from Tucson as Wilcox, Rio Rico, Robles Junction,
Oracle, Oracle Junction, San Manuel, Winkleman. Ron and Debbie now have streamlined their focus to land in Marana-
Pima and Pinal Counties, Tucson's westside including many of the gated communities, Avra Valley, Oro Valley, Catalina
and Northwest Tucson.
