I have been a REALTOR® in HRM (The Halifax Regional Municipality) for 3 years, specialising in resale homes and condos. I am a member of the Madgett/Buchanan & Associates team which offers complete service in both English and French. Our whole business revolves around the "client for life" model. By providing exceptional service, not only during the sale process but continuing afterwards we convert our clients into friends.
I work in all areas of residential real estate in Halifax/Dartmouth and the surrounding areas, but specialise in two fields; condos and first time home buyers. I find that in these particular fields clients require more help than in a "typical" purchase and I am more of an instructor than one who just gives facts.
