Aladdin studied economics and statistics at Iowa State University (BA), internet marketing at Florida Institute of Technology (MBA), and completed an accelerated degree program designed to focus on high-level investment real estate transactions with an international scope at Florida International University (MS). 
Al is a certified negotiator, and a veteran of the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps, where he trained soldiers, civilians, and members of other services and nations in materiel management, logistics automation, field services, petroleum and water operations, aerial delivery, and mortuary affairs. 
Experience includes ten years selling telecommunications transmissions systems and components (trunks, switches, pbx, etc.) to medium and large companies in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and other states; entrepreneurship, 6 years in real estate financial analysis and lending, and 20 years as a real estate consultant, broker, investor, and franchise owner.

Aladdin is a Philadelphia native and currently resides in Northern Virginia.
