Have been studying and researching since December, 2006. Have purchased or read multiple books on real estate with an emphasis on Apartment Buildings. I've evaluated quite a few properties.

My initial goals: - To do joint ventures. - To invest in Multi-Family properties that that are in the Pittsburgh area. I'd like to invest anywhere in the U.S. after gaining experience. If the right situation presented itself, I could change where initial investing would be.
