From SFR's to a 1,100-unit complex, have bought hundreds of REO's & properties at foreclosure sales, bankruptcy auctions, etc. Former principal in mortgage, property management and real estate brokerage firms. 2009, transitioned AHP Inc. to the for-profit American Homeowner Preservation, LLC.
