We are a team of three working diligently to put your real estate needs first! Our team is founded on friendship, communication, professionalism, and equality. Aaron, the founder and lead agent of the Accord Real Esate Team, has been in the business for over 14 years. After quickly realizing that he had hit his peak on his own and to succeed further, he must intrust portions of his business to people he trusts. Mid-2013, Aaron hired Chelsea as his Administrative assistant to take care of all paperwork, organization, and marketing. As business grew, another step in the right direction was taken; hiring a buyers agent. Melissa stepped into that role and toke control of the buyers. Fresh to the real estate world, she brings a new perspective and personality to the team working diligently to meet all of her clients needs. Together, we make things happen.

| My families experience with Aaron was outstanding. Aaron really listened to all of our needs and wants in a house. He went out of his way to show us as many homes as we wanted to see. His negotiation skills were very good and his professionalism was very refreshing. We ended up with the perfect house for our family and the process was more enjoyable thanks to Aaron. | When every dollar counts… Like many families in the past few years, we have been affected by the recession. Faced with only one income and a new baby we were on a strict budget. After glancing over a few real estate listings in our apartment complex, we discovered that the current real estate market was almost too good to be true. Despite our strict budget, we decided that it was perfect time to buy a home. In the current market we felt that buying a home would not only improve our current standard of living, but would also provide us an investment for the future.
