On a more personal note - I'm painfully honest, funny in an obvious way, emotionally transparent, hug and say I love you alot to people I care about, hate liars & cheats, try to give back as much as I can, enjoy dancing around the office in the morning listening to Pharrell sing "Happy", taking long walks in the woods with my grand-dog George, love the NC mountains and almost any beach, hiking, canoeing, fishing, road trips, LA, collecting old books, exploring historic homes and districts, creator of Queen Elizabeth Day (I'll explain if you ask:), being blessed with (4) of the most amazing human beings on the planet I'm proud to call my children and having probably one of the coolest, accepting, loving, supportive, and fun 'friendling' fam ever...
Biz:
In 1975, I began my real estate career under the auspices of Ralph Heller, a brilliant local real estate developer who helped transform the face of Center City Philadelphia. Ralph, together with his remarkable team, worked with the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, local builders and architects to acquire and transform the face of many communities such as Queen Village, Society Hill, Delaware Avenue, Old City, Graduate Hospital & many more. Ralph, and his associate broker Annette Sharkey, were incredible mentors and their genius inspired my lifelong passion for real estate.

2004 - I retire or die, whichever comes first:) : Joined Keller Williams as a core member in 2004. The KW concept of prioritizing faith, family & business mirrors my own internal belief system.
