Get to Know Amy Gore
Hello and thank you for choosing to read about me and First Horizon. First Horizon is a national financial services company with a long history of success and traditions dating back to 1864. We are one of the top bank holding companies in the U.S. Recently, ranked 6th in the nation for customer service by J.D. Powers and Associates for customer service.
I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. I have been living/working in the Wilmington area for 13 years. Of those thirteen years, eight of them have been in the banking industry.
As a mortgage planner, my top priority is to empower my customers by assisting them in reaching their goal of homeownership. I strive to develop long-lasting relationships, both with my customers and referral partners, by working to understand their needs and providing the best customer service possible. My primary focus of mortgage lending is in the Southeastern part of North Carolina, however, I am not restricted to this area and help any customer in 48 states!

In this area we have several loan programs that would be benficial for customers:
OTC - One Time Close - That is where your construction and permanent financing are rolled into one.FHA - First Time Home Buyer - Just what it says. If you have never owned your own home this program may be for you.My Community - A First Horizon Product that can help a borrower with 100% financingVA - For all military veterans - helps with PMI insurance, etc.ARM loans - Adjustable Rate Mortgages - We have the norm 5/1, 3/1 and in some products 7/1 and 10/130 year fixed - this one is the old standard and one many people are interested in (esp. now with the recent market)These are only to name a few that we do. We have 450 loan products to help assit you, or your customer, with a loan that is specific to their needs. We also service our loans. Only 3% respectively are brokered out!!!!
