I have been working in the real estate industry for about 5 years. I worked as a real estate assistant while in college. I then worked for a local title company for 3.5 years. I am a graduate of Sam Houston State University.
I know that the purchase of a home is one of the biggest investments one can make. I want to help buyer's through this process by putting their best interest first.
The selling of a home can be overwhelming at times. I will set an appropriate price by running a comparative market analysis on your property. I will then market your home through a variety of ways. The average home in B/CS is on the market for 90-120 days.
Certifications
I am qualified to sell residential, farm & ranch, and commercial properties. I am a "country girl" at heart, so I have alot of knowledge about farm & ranch areas, especially in Grimes county, where I live with my husband and 2 year old daughter - Jillian.
With my previous experience at a title company, I have knowledge about title policies, deeds/deeds of trusts, chains of title, and buyer's/seller's net sheets.
We have extensive computer and technology training here at Keller Williams. So I utilize all of the newest technology to help me market homes and help research properties for my clients.
