James is trained to help his clients search and sell real estate using a mixture of both traditional and modern techniques, which allows him to offer valuable services to both buyers and sellers with residential and commercial properties. While constantly staying on top of the real estate news to provide his clients accurate information, he provides the company with monthly newsletters to help educate the agents and their own clients.

Five years of experience in both real estate and home loans, combined with a bachelor degree in Business Finance obtained from California State University Fullerton, James is exceptionally qualified to provide his clients with premium services. He has helped numerous families become homeowners, and a handful of homeowners become investors. Taking pride in what he has already achieved, James is currently working on more projects which will allow him to offer more services. He is currently working on obtaining the new strict endorsement required to become a loan officer. He also plans to start law school this year to become a Real Estate Attorney.
