We'll use our knowledge and experience to professionally interview agents until we find one we believe will be a good match for you. We'll inform you when we find a match and will have that agent (and only that agent) contact you.
The agent will present you with information to help you decide whether or not you wish to work with him or her. If you feel we've made a good match, then you've found your agent! If not, then let us know what you didn't like and we'll repeat our interview process to find a better match.
When (and only when) you have a successful, closed transaction, the agent we have matched you with will provide us with a percentage of his/her commission. (This is a standard practice in the Real Estate industry.) You never pay anything for our services!

As a licensed Realtor®, I've been disappointed with some things I've seen agents do (and not do!). I wish I could say all agents are wonderful, hard-working & ethical. It would be nice if every agent was a good match for every buyer or seller. Reality proves otherwise.
There are actually many excellent Real Estate Agents. The trick is to avoid the unqualified agents and find the agent who will be the best match for you and your particular transaction.
Since you'll be working with your agent for one to six months (or more), you need someone who is highly qualified, trustworthy and who is someone you will feel comfortable with. My goal is to personally locate an agent whose experience and circumstances are a good match for you.
Other 'agent matching' services simply give your contact information to a bunch of other agents and cause you to be swamped with emails and phone calls. Since I don't want this to happen to you, when you use my service, ONLY ONE AGENT will contact you! You're under no obligation to use the agent with whom I connect you unless, after speaking with that agent, you decide to sign a contract to use his or her services.
By providing this service, I'm helping you work toward a successful transaction, and frankly, that feels great!
And yes, although you pay nothing for my services, I am compensated. When your transaction successfully closes with an agent I've introduced you to, the agent provides me with a referral commission. (This is a very common, widely accepted practice in this industry.)
