Get to know Sherri Bauer

Although, I am a "Transplant" originally from Pennsylvania, where I received my Associates Degree in Mental Health Social Services. Some say that was the start of my enormous caring and genuine concern for others needs. New Jersey is where I met and married my husband many years ago. With both myself and my husband being in the "Housing" industry (he helps build them, and I help to sell them)it makes for some interesting mealtime conversations. We have raised our family here in Monmouth County and I fully consider myself to be a "Jersey Girl". My daughter attends Barkalow Middle School and is an Honors student. As a former Certified Substitute School Teacher for Freehold Township, I bring to the table genuine caring and concern for my clients and their families. My 20 plus years in Sales and Customer Service has made me have a clear understanding of my clients needs. Customer Service has always been high on my list and it shows! From contract to closing, my clients truly need not worry. I am there to handle all the Negotiations, speak to Attorneys, schedule inspections and be present to answer any questions my clients may have. For First Time Home Buyers I use a questionairre to get to know them. I am sure to help them discover what is an Absolute Must Have in a home and what is Just A Want. Knowing the difference is crucial to the Home Buying process. I assure all of my clients that I will utilize my Negotiation Skills to their benefit.

When working with High End homes, I am sure to go that extra mile. My High End clients love to be pampered. I offer the same great Marketing Tools as I do to all my other clients but I gear it toward the Luxury Market.
