At the age of 17 and right out of high school he took a job atThe Bank of Tokyo, one of the largest international banks in the world. In 1979 at the age of 20, and after becoming a new dad, he purchased his first home in Brentwood, obtained his NY State real estate salespersons license, and as a result, started on a journey in real estate that has lasted to this day buying, selling and investing in real estate.After 13 years at BOT, and rising to VP, he left the company to start his own tax accounting firm, building the practice for 10 years before selling the firm. He re-entered the banking sector, becoming a Financial Center Manager with Citibank while simultaneously obtaining his NASD Series 6, 26, and 63 licenses, as well as his NYS Life Insurance designations. He left Citibank in 2005 to enter the mortgage business and quickly rose to become one of the top loan officers atthe firm.Anthony is a licensed real estate sales person with New York based LiveSpot Realty Group and is a consistent top producer with over 31 years in real estate, banking, taxation, sales management, and business ownership. 1. We are the only company in New York State that will give our exclusive buyers 15% of  LiveSpot Realty Group's real estate broker commission at closing. 2. Our company is focused on positioning your home on the shelf with the most amount of opportunity to sell it. We research available valuation models,  to ascertain  the current market valuation of the property being sold. Ourpricing model process virtually guarantees that your home will have an actual market value that it can and should sell at.

3. We require all buyers who wish to bid on your property obtain a mortgage lender’s LP/DU approval, as opposed to a simple “pre-approval”. Pre approvals are basically worthless. We require that the lender reviews the buyers finances, credit and assets and run these parameters through the automated approval systems used by their underwriters to determine the viability of a loan. This ensures that a buyer looking at your property can not only afford it, he/she has the assets to buy it, and the bank is in a strong position to approve it. We get this information upfront. The worst thing that happens in a purchase is the bank decides that the buyer is not qualified to close. Sellers usually find this out just days before scheduled closing. We will not let that happen if we can prevent it.

4. We give all buyers a free home warranty when they buy your home.

5. If you list your home with us, and you also buy your next home through us, we will give you as a buyer, 15% of the  Live Spot Realty Group commission on that transaction. Money in your pocket to help move, buy new furniture, for anything you want. We also give you a free home owner’s warranty on your new home.
