| I can’t say enough good things about Andrea Fine and Towne Realty. When we were looking to move out of the city 8 years ago we contacted Andrea based on a friends recommendation and she was a pleasure to deal with. This past September, we decided to put our house on the market again and knew that Andrea would again be a perfect fit to be our realtor. We weren’t really ready to sell but wanted to test the market. Although Andrea might not have agreed with what we were doing she was OK with going along for the ride as long as she was able to be clear on the reality of the situation. When we were really ready to sell this winter, Andrea did everything in her power to make it happen. Within one week our house was sold at our asking price. AMAZING! Andrea is organized and detailed and has an amazing knowledge of the market. She is easy to work with and fantastic when it came to the marketing piece to get our house out there as well as the staging piece to get our house looking its best. There have been houses sitting on the market in our neighborhood for a long time and we were very nervous about the sale. Andrea was able to work with our anxieties in a calming way and got us EXACTLY what we wanted. Selling a house can be overwhelming but, Andrea made the process enjoyable and fun.
