Get to know Alan Deblat
I began my career in Real Estate as a sales agent in 1986, becoming a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1988. In that same year, I started my first business partnership and became a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest national designation in Residential Real Estate. At that time, only 1% of agents and brokers achieved a CRS designation. In 2006, only 4% of agents and brokers are Certified Residential Specialists who collectively sell approximately 25% of homes nationally. I have personally participated in 68 transactions during the course of a year, and right now I am part of the top 1% in national sales. I have an excellent understanding of the flow of the market, and the "tools" of experience I have developed over the years are at the disposal of my clients, many of who come back for assistance with repeated sales or purchases of their properties.
