All Elite Team members are TOP Professionals and have earned a place with Elite Team Realty, llc. Our agent commission splits start at 55% and go up from there. With a nominal desk fee, an Elite Team Professional can earn as much as 85% or higher, all negotiable with the Broker of Record. Sellers also can benefit with a unique commission scale that is based on the listing price of their home. Half of the commissions on this scale are below 5% and are negotiable based on New Jersey real estate rules and regulations.
