As a Home Security Specialist, my primary goal is to provide value to my customers. This starts with doing what I say I will do in terms of showing up on time, follow up calls, research about the existing system and providing options so my customers can make good choices. I enjoy working as a Home Security Specialist while providing the customer service people deserve.Today, people are busier than ever and the last thing they should have to do is call an 800# for help only to be left on hold for 45 minutes! While I can't solve every problem, I ask my customers to call me first to see how I can help. To me, this is what being a Home Security Specialist is all about.

Working as a Home Security Specialist in cities such as: Sun City, Sun City West, Peoria, Surprise, Glendale and El Mirage, I always provide a free security review of the home to discuss the existing security system in order for the customer to know if the current system meets their needs. Normally, there is no cost to reactivate an existing ADT security system as long as all the devices are in good working order. A good Home Security Specialist should ask questions in order to know what is most important for the homeowner. In order for me to know what is important to my customers in addition to asking questions, I take notes and we discuss options which work best for them. A good Home Security Specialist simply must do more than just quote the price of a burglary system; he or she needs to also discuss home safety, service, monitoring, options & discounts. Speaking of discounts, my customers are thrilled that I actively look for discounts without being asked to do so. I work closely with my customers from the first consultation through the activation of their home security system. Most people agree that big companies have stopped providing real customer service. I am proud to say I provide the customer service my customers deserve and expect.
