I have been in the real estate and related industries since 1982. My backround is well rounded. I have 9 years experience in the Title Insurance business, which has been invaluable to me in serving my clients. I have managed the renovation and leasing of apartment projects as
I am a certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). I love working with buyer's especially first time buyer's. It's so rewarding to help someone buy their first home. I have also represted many seller's. Some because they need to sell as a Short Sale or because they can no longer afford the house. I live in the city in Historic Benton Park. I am a big advocate for City Living and work in the Tower Grove neighborhoods, The Hill, Benton Park, South City. Being a native St. Louisian I am familiar and have sold houses if all of the Metropolitan St. Louis Area.
