I relocated to Southern Utah from the Monterey Peninsula in 2002. After successfully closing more than $10 million in real estate transactions on the central coast from 1999 to mid-2002, it was time to rethink life's priorities. After doing so, I polished off my golf clubs, sold my surf equipment and got my Utah real estate license. Having done so, my family has flourished. While the move initially scared me – I felt like Ferdinand Magellan – it was ultimately the best decision for the family unit.
