As a Construction Consultant I will assist a potential or current client in understanding the renovation process. I will help them to accurately and economically achieve a quality transformation of both the condition and the value of their property. I will do my best as a watchdog on behalf of my clients by overseeing contracts, following up to assure the work quality and results are what were agreed upon; and interfacing with workmen, inspectors, mortgage companies and anyone else who impacts the desired outcome.
