While we receive many referrals and work with both buyers and sellers, we also have expertise in servicing investors in buying, renting and/or eventually selling their properties. We provide expertise and a range of services to the Real Estate Investor.  Our customer relationships are long term and include an exit strategy.

Carol Simmons,Broker / Owner           

Carol is the former VP/Broker for Dollar Realty & Mortgage, a $850MM Real Estate and Mortgage, it's Corporate Offices in Tampa, FL.    While at Dollar Realty, Carol assisted in the creation of the investment programs, created the infrastructure for the investor programs,  was responsible for the entire Real Estate Division, compliance thereof, and its forty-five plus real estate agents. 

Carol is a native to Florida.  Her background includes ownership in a life/health insurance company and hardware/software companies where she created all infrastructure and ran all day to day operations.   Carol first received a Real Estate license in AZ in 1979. She is an Accredited Staged Home Professional.   In addition, she has earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, is a member of International Consortium of Real Estate Association (ICREA), is in "Who's Who in International Real Estate"; is a former member of WIT (Woman's International Trade Organization) and is a former member of ARDA (America Resort and Development Association) having been in the Real Estate/Resort Industry for seven years.   She is a former Agent for NARREIA (National Association of Residential Real Estate Investment Advisors).
