Since 2004 I’ve done thousands of Mortgage Loan Audits for homeowners and attorneys, saving many homeowners from foreclosure, getting mortgage balances reduced and loans permenently restructured.
In addition I teach realtors how to expedite the Short Sale process for both the advantage of the realtor and homeowner.
I’m a recognized authority in Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and the Truth In Lending Act Law. Attorneys seek my advice for help to formulate a legal strategy to assist their clients.
