Counselor's is a great title company, and more. If your buyers are thinking of making an offer and want a closing cost estimate, go to their web site for the magic number. If you need continuing education credits, their attorneys conduct relevant and interesting classes. And the do a wonderful job of conducting settlements throughout the DC Metro area. Their settlement people are all attorneys. They are calm, cool and professional. They get the HUD-1's to all parties ahead of time. The support staff do an excellent job, both before and after settlement.
