I was a client of Real Estate Webmasters for roughly a decade.
I started out with a $995.00 template site, upgraded to a custom template site, upgraded to an Limited Edition Custom and finally used a template site product they no longer offer called REW sites.
In the beginning REW was a great resource for tech savvy agents to use. Their forum was filled with agents and brokers from all over the US and Canada sharing best practices on SEO, conversion, site building etc. I am still in contact with some of the other tech savvy agents I met on that forum.
But things change and Real Estate Webmasters isn't what it used to be.
Over the years, they ditched the forum, outsourced their servers and are now marketing real estate "celebrity" endorsed versions of their websites.
I am not a current client but last I checked, their hosting fees are $499.00 per month and you'll also have to buy the rights to use one of their websites and of course you'll be encouraged to upgrade both the front end and the back end of your website as often as your budget will allow.
REW is difficult to communicate with, very expensive and not the best option for the majority of agents.
Unless you are a large team or brokerage with a very tech savvy person to run the site for you with a yearly budget in excess of $20,000.00 there may be better options for you than Real Estate Webmasters.
If your goal is to find clients to work with via the Internet, I suggest you consider PPC and any one of the competing website providers offering fully functional websites for a significantly lower monthly payment.
