Review for RealGeeks IDX Websites

Leaving Real Estate Webmasters (REW) for Real Geeks turned out to be the right decision. (by cbanker)

Real Estate Webmasters (REW) recently decided to price gouge a large portion of their customer base, prompting what I would imagine is going to be a large exodus from that company. Older REW platform users previously paying $200.00 per month were bumped to $500.00 on a month's notice. Plus, everyone is being pressured to upgrade to one of their new platforms at what REW is calling a "discounted rate" of $3500.00 to $4000.00. I switched to Real Geeks and I'm very pleased with the move and more than satisfied with their service and technology. Geeks platform may not be superior to the expensive modern REW sites but they are certainly better than the old REW Legacy site I was running. Superior load times in under 2 seconds for enhanced SEO performance, text messaging directly from the CRM, and text drips in addition to email drip campaigns, a really good seller lead generation tool, weighted round robins for buyer and seller leads, a far superior lenders CRM, and lots of third party software integration options, etc, etc. Also, a much better dash board offering a more detailed overview of lead activity and follow-up reminders for both current and upcoming. Signup cost is $500.00 and monthly costs are a fraction of what REW now charges. Customizations are limited but adequate and have to be performed either by the user or by third party contractors at a reasonable rate. Unlike REW at $200.00 per hour. Tech support is free and far more responsive; typically with a 3 to 5 hour turn-around time or less. I have found them to be extremely competent and thorough in handling all my requests. They will transfer all your existing leads to the new site for you at no charge providing you supply the csv file. Lots of video presentations and help files to help you get started. I was able to get my site up and running with everything transferred including leads, content, users, customizations, and drip campaigns in about three weeks on a part time basis. Also, after making the switch I noticed a big jump in lead conversion rates. Not sure yet if those are organic or PPC.
