A few years ago FMLS added Listingbook to our services, and it was a tremendous value and gave FMLS a huge competitive advantage over GAMLS. Listing book gave us a great deal of value, because we could have listings emailed to our clients as if we had taken the time to perform the services for them, which really was slick, then in addition, we could tell what they were looking at, how long they looked at it and everything! I'm a big fan.
