Top Producer was a pioneer in Contact Management online and I was one of the earliest users, before the Windows operating system was even invented. Yes, there have been changes over the years, but it serves the same purpose for me now that it did in the beginning: Keep my contacts organized and keep me in touch with those contacts through customized action plans. As the product has evolved, their Customer Service Department has always been willing to spend as much time as necessary to walk me through any changes so there would be no interruption to my business. They are equally helpful to my assistant. Now, with Top Producer Mobile, there is easy access from my phone or iPad. This product is a good example of the saying "garbage in, garbage out" - because it only works if the subscriber promptly adds new leads and clients, updates the contact information often, takes advantage of the note-taking capability for each contact, and acts when prompted by reminders to call, visit or contact people in the database. If you're not willing to do those things, there probably isn't any contact management product that will work for you the way it should.
