I started with this tablet before I made the switch to the iPad and perhaps I had a defective one but I encountered nothing but problems with this device. I had it sent it back to ASUS 4 times and each time it was refurbished, came back and then no longer worked after a week. The charger died within the first 3 months of using it. I didn't like some of the OS options as well as some of the menu graphics. I overall found the iPad to be a better fit or if you are an Android person I would go with the Samsung Galaxy tablet or the Google Nexus tablet.
