This platform is similar to many other services helping you stay connected with your clients - or customers.
Like others, they do have email newsletters and the same in printed format, too that can be mailed to your clients.
And yes, they also have a FREE service (as they claim) to create a flyer for your listing. ( I did create an account here to test this - though did not create a listing flyer.)
Haven't tested as much - though first run looks good.
