I am not sure how many times this 'app' has be handy, useful to me!
While showing a home - specially foreclosure of short sale - where I need to venture into basement with my buyer clients - only to realize that there is no power!
Here we go - turn on this app on my smart phone and bingo.
In fact, few of my clients have now installed this app on their smartphone, too!
(Yes, it does 'consume' your batteries - so do not overuse it.)
As I said - a 'MUST' for all professionals.
