I've been an iPhone user for about 2 years. The phone is generally easy to use. Pros: the wide variety of apps, integration with iPad and Macbook, ability to sync my contacts with my CRM (IXACT Contact) and the GPS and voice to text functions are some of my favorites. CONS: I am not completely comfortable with the keyboard, while it's OK for texting, I find it difficult to type out longer emails on the small screen. Battery life is a challenge and when I use the phone a lot, the battery doesn't last a whole day. Finally, it is more expensive than some of the competitors smartphones, so depending on how important it is to you to have an Apple device, it may or may not be worth the price tag.
