I am not sure about free phone # and able to communicate voice over IP technology,
It was free so I get to try. The quality of voice was not crispy clear. Since I have an iphone with family plans there is not a shortage of minutes, I discontinue the free service. I think one may need to pay for overseas.
My rating would be higher should I not decide to get a iPhone.
