I've been using VOICE for about a year now and although the speech-to-text translation is not perfect, still the service saves me time and aggrivation because I know longer have to call my cell v/mail and insert my password. Also, my assistant (who monitors my email) can see and listen to the voicemail from her desktopp computer and take action on a lot of things without me having to call her and relay the message from one of our clients or service providers. (I only use it for incoming calls)
I think this is a great product.
