I used one of these for a a while, and recently got a free upgrade to an iPhone 5. But since the new operating system works on the iPhone 4 (as well as the 5) they are still a great option. By the time I traded mine in, it was still working perfectly. And if the trade-in hadn't been free, I would still be using my 4s. This phone was not too new. And like my other Apple products, it worked well, and it's probably still working well for it's new owner - they didn't even have to refurbish it!
