I have been using Sprint phone service for the past 4-6 years. I have been happy with the service until I upgrade my phone last year. The salesman at the store sold me a product that was not good for my business. The phone only had 16 memory when I am a realtor and use my phone for everything. Needless to say, after 6 months I was having memory problems. I called Sprint to see how the issue could be resolved since I was not eligible for an upgrade. I was dissatisfied with the product they sold me. I spoke with a customer service rep and he agreed to give me an upgrade to a new phone on a lease, and would also give an upgrade to my husband who was having the same issue, then they would give us a free phone line, and lower our bill all in the same process. The next thing I know, I have 4 phone lines, 2 that do not work, I am paying double the amount and having to spend hours on the phone with Sprint. They finally got my issue resolved but never gave me what they promised back in March. Basically they lied about giving me the free phone line and not only charged me for that one, but another one. It is just my husband and I so we didn't need 4 phone lines and I never agreed to it. I think it was unethical of Sprint to do this to us and although I have been a customer for years, I will not be renewing my plan with them. If you say you are going to do something then you should do it. They had all the notes in their system and still would not honor the agreement they gave me.
