Review for Better Voicemail

Just signed up for Better Voicemail today. I can't tell you how happy I was with the personal service before the sale. I spoke with Stephan for over 30 minutes asking various questions about how their product would integrate into my business. It sounded like a great fit, so I signed up. About 30 minutes in, I encountered an issue. I got onto their help chat, and got someone immediately. They walked me through multiple steps and explained a few more things to me until I got it fixed. About an hour later while testing the product, I ran into another problem. It was an issue that they were not aware of, so they had to look into it. 30 minutes later, they had the solution and let me know how to fix it and avoid it in the future. All in all, I probably took up 2 hours of their day and they never batted an eye. THAT is what great customer service is about and their product is great as well. I see so many uses for this in my business and I look forward to working with Stephan and the Better Voicemail team for a long time.
