I have used First American on my last few transactions and have been very happy with their level of customer service. I simply text or email my sales manager and she handles the rest.
I have had one client use them since their purchase (within the last few months) and they were great to work with them too! I always ask my clients to give me a review of their home warranty before it expires because that is a sure fire way to know if they are pleased with what they received!
