I use First American Home Warranty as a way to thank my clients. As such I need to know the money is well spent. Typically I try to get manager to issue a coupon such they will not be clobbered with deductible.
There are also popular warranties from other Title Companies. The rates have climbed and often I pay the first $300 and having new owners to pitch the difference.
