In 2014 a seller had just put their home on the market when the water heater began leaking. Due to the free seller's coverage that I put on all of my listings, First American replaced the water heater and saved my client over $1200.
The reason I can't give them five stars is that sometimes vendor performance is inconsistent. Multiple trips to fix the same issue can test a homeowner's patience.
