The RealBird PRO service ($99/year) is the leading online marketing tool in the industry. It helps agents market their listings and find buyers and generate cumulative search engine ranking. The toolset includes the following major components:
1) RealBird Property Search with map based search and form based search interface options, Wordpress plugin and RSS feed output
2) Unlimited Single Property Websites with syndication, Craigslist posting, widgets for Social Media marketing, mobile compatible, free subdomain names and virtual tour versions (branded and un-branded), QR codes and text/SMS marketing

I commend RealBird for all that they offer for the price. This system is easy to use and has far reaching capabilities. There are wonderful webinars and tutorials as well. I have been a member for several years now and will continue to be in the future.

I am most amazed by the fact that it's my Realbird listing that Trulia finds - over all the IDX or corporate sites. I get consistent results from my Realbird websites!

Realbird really tries hard and they do have a lot to offer and it's actually a better price than many single property websites (what I mainly used it for). However, I don't think the sites are as nice looking as other site providers (currently using epropertysites and going to possibly switch over to Listings To Leads...
