The RealBird PRO service ($99/year) is the leading online marketing tool in the industry. It helps agents market their listings and find buyers and generate cumulative search engine ranking. The toolset includes the following major components:
1) RealBird Property Search with map based search and form based search interface options, Wordpress plugin and RSS feed output
2) Unlimited Single Property Websites with syndication, Craigslist posting, widgets for Social Media marketing, mobile compatible, free subdomain names and virtual tour versions (branded and un-branded), QR codes and text/SMS marketing
3) Mobile website with featured listings, property search, blog feed.
4) SMS AnyLink(TM) - a utility to create up to 100 SMS codes for any URL (Open Homes, your website, idx search links, statistics, etc.)

I signed up for RealBird simply because other ActiveRain members were using it and they liked it. Sometimes that's just not enough. I should have done more research. I didn't find it to be user friendly. I found there was far too much manual input for me. (I was using this in 2011.) I would NOT recommend it to other me...

Simple to use. Great support. And very reasonably priced.

I love Real Bird and my sellers do too. I use it in pre-listing presentation, in my Blog and as a search tools for parts of my market where I don't have an IDX.
Customer service is great ,Gabe and Zoltan were always so helpful.

I really love Real Bird for marketing all of my listings and the exposure they get once I do. For only 89 bucks a year, this product packs a great punch for very little! I recommend this to all agents that list homes for sale!

I love to use Real bird to promote my listings. I like the ease with which I can make a video by using all the photos.

There is a free version of realbird, but I highly recommend upgrading for unlimited single property websites. The single property websites are wonderful and really impressive to your sellers.
