Worst dialer & customer service ever....BEWARE
Submitted on 05/12/2017
They provide a decent lead service, but their customer service is horrible! I decided to try out their dialer for 30 days. The 2nd day I called back because I didn't like it and asked for my money back & they responded we don't give money back. I'm like "why not?" I only used it for a day & I didn't like it. I was only...

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE
Submitted on 03/10/2017
I would make sure you look at other options prior to coming to this company. Once you sign up you will never hear from them again, unless you need to call because the phone numbers are not there, which I had to do a number of times. If you decide to cancel, I recommend doing it at least 6 months in advance as it will...

I prefer RedX
Submitted on 01/30/2017
At least I had no problem with canceling and not having an auto-renew. However, I was used to RedX and their simple layout and ease-of-use. I'm not sure any of these systems have good numbers but I don't really care about that since I have a snail mail system. I'm tech savvy but I just didn't like their set-up - the su...

I would not recommend Recommend Landvoice
Submitted on 07/15/2016
I do not recommend Landvoice services. I had a difficult time cancelling my account on a trial period that had through a coaching program. Their contract says call to cancel your account prior to the expiration of the trial period. I made several attempts and could get anyone on the phone. The next day I was charge $1...

Chadd Bobo

I was referred to Chadd from another company i use for Lead generation. I contacted him to see how much it would be for me to get contact information for a list of homes in my marketing area. He was very nice to speak too. I never felt pressured, and most importantly he listened to my needs. he had a solution. He res...

CAUTION-Contract with LandVoice Can Only Be Cancelled Verbally-It's An UnFair Business Practice
Submitted on 04/04/2016
We used LandVoice for 3 years. We called to cancel but were given the Run-Around. Our account never cancelled and we were not given the ($600) refund even though we called LandVoice on the day our account renewed. We called many times during the next month and each time were told a representative would call back. The...

Have to tell you staying positive with how Landvoice operates is very hard especially when you wake up at 5 am and get into the office at 7 am and they just simply couldn't provide you with the leads on a day when there was supposed be 600 of them. Called, explained they said all they could do was try to insert in man...

Not a very credible organization

I tried Landvoice for about a month. They had admitted issues with the database. It was apparent they have not worked out the bugs in the systems they have.....however, they do not share that with you during the sales presentation.
They offered me a money back trial....and did not provide my money back to me, afte...

There are better alternatives
Submitted on 09/26/2015
Having read all of the available reviews I echo the comments that refer to TheRedX as a better option. Long ago, I believe LandVoice used to be Warnocks, and in 2003 produced a "good list" of FSBOs that proved quite lucrative - easy to convert primarily because Sellers were underpricing in a rising market. Having had...
